Olivier Meynot joined the Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGAC) in 2005 after training at the Institut Régional d'Administration in Metz. From 2008 onwards, he followed, on behalf of France, the negotiations of European air transport agreements and their implementation alongside the European Commission. At the same time, Olivier was involved in the work of economic working groups at ECAC and in the work of the ICAO Air Transport Regulation Panel (ATRP) where, in particular, the conditions for the liberalisation of air transport services were discussed.
He joined the DGCA's Sustainable Development Sub-Directorate in November 2021 to represent France on the Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection. Prior to this, Olivier had an aeronautical career that was more operationally oriented, as he was a pilot as well as an helicopter maintenance specialist.

Loredana Enăcheanu is a Foreign Affairs Expert, with extensive experience in communication, international relations, negotiation, media relations and diplomacy, representing the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority at national and international level.
Loredana has been working in civil aviation since 2007, she holds a university degree in International Relations and European Studies, a master’s degree in International and European Law, a master’s degree in International Relations and European Programs and has been involved in drafting of international agreements, reviewing policies and practices and advancing partnership initiatives with governmental and non-governmental organizations.

Yener Çetinkaya has been working for the Aviation Security Department of Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Türkiye since 2013. The Aviation Security Department is responsible for approvals, conducting oversight activities, certifying screeners and instructors and coordinating aviation security matters domestic and international institutions.
He is also a national aviation security auditor, an ECAC landside security vulnerability assessor, an ECAC auditor and an ICAO aviation security instructor.
Yener has been participating to ECAC's Guidance Material Task Force since 2018 and is now deputy chair of the group.

Simon Brain is a policy officer for international aviation at the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport, European Commission. He currently works in the unit dealing with international air transport agreements between the European Union and other countries.
Prior to joining the European Commission in 2009, Simon worked on aviation legislation at the Council of the European Union (General Secretariat). Simon also worked for the European Union Aviation Safety Agency during its start-up phase between 2003 and 2006.
He has experience in many aspects of aviation policy, in particular in air services agreements, economic regulation (EU internal market and airports) and other matters. Simon’s academic background is in European institutions and politics, derived from periods of study in the United Kingdom, France and Belgium.
