Biography
Kåre Halvorsen joined the Norwegian Safety Investigation Authority as senior technical investigator in 1998 and has been Director of Air Accidents / Chief Inspector in the Aviation Department since 2012. From June 2020 this also includes military aviation as well as being the coordinator of all activities relating to military investigations.
Kåre has been working mainly within the aviation sector since 1987. This work was chiefly related to maintenance, repair, development, and production, both for civilian and military aviation. His educational background is an MCs (Civil Engineer) with a specializing in material science/metallurgy, manufacturing, maintenance, and quality assurance.
During his period at the Safety Investigation Authority the organsisation has developed from investigating aviation accidents and incidents only, to becoming a multimodal organisation. Some of Kåre’s responsibilities in this respect has also been as an advisor for developing new national legislation for the different new domains and incorporate these domains into the organisation.

Biography
Donal Handley is head of government affairs with AerCap. Based in Brussels, Donal engages with all parts of the aviation value chain, including European and global policymakers as well as aviation stakeholders. Prior to joining AerCap, Donal was chief of staff at EUROCONTROL, where he was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of the director general's mandate. He held various positions with the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) between 2004 and 2017 and previously worked for IATA, based in London and with Aer Lingus based in Dublin.

Biography
Ronny has worked in the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority since December 2005 as a Chief Inspector. He has been working on all Security chapters and are currently assigned to develop the Danish ACC3 and EDD program.
Before working for the CAA-DK, Ronny worked at Copenhagen Airport for the handling company ServisAir as their Head of Security and were the security contact to all their handled airlines as well as the local emergency coordinator.
Ronny holds a PMC by ICAO and are also assisting EU on the EU inspections for the general and Cargo Chapters.
In 2013 Ronny were seconded to South Sudan as an advisor to the ministry with the EU AVSEC mission.

Biography
Uwe Richter currently works as an excutive officer for aviation security in the Division Technology and Logistics, Operational Equipment and Supplies for the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community.
He has been working in civil avaition security since 2009 at the Federal Police Headquarters. Beside devoloping test procedures, he managed laboratory and operational testing of aviation security equipment for the Federal Police Technology Center, which is a national test center and the certification body for aviation security equipment in Germany as well as test center within the ECAC Common Evaluation Process.
Uwe is member of the ECAC CEP Management Group and representing Germany in European and international aviation security related meetings.
