Biography
Christopher Ross has been the deputy head of unit for security in the European Commission's Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport since September 2017.
Prior to taking up this post, Mr Ross was the head of the EU Office to the International Civil Aviation Organization for five years (2012-2017).
He also worked at the EU Delegation in Washington DC on a wide range of transport issues, including EU-US air service negotiations, aviation and maritime security in the immediate post 9/11 period, and environmental issues (noise and emissions).

Biography
Karin Puleo-Leodolter is an aviation expert with more than 20 years of experience. Currently she is Deputy Director of the Department of Strategy and International Affairs dealing with the development and coordination of strategic positions in aviation-related topics on national and international level including environment, air transport negotiations, passenger rights and facilitation.
She represents Austria in international aviation fora on European Union, ECAC and ICAO level and is a Member of the EASA MAB and MB.
Prior to the current position Karin worked as senior legal advisor in the Legal Department, the Technical and Flight Operations Department.
Karin holds a Master’s degree in law (Karl Franzens University/Graz) with a focus on European and International law.

Biography
Francesca Miceli is Head of Institutional Communication and URP Office of the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC), with experience in the communication field since November 2005, when started her professional activity in ENAC and in the aviation sector. In her role she performed public relations duties to promote the aviation culture, also acting as a liaison between the organisation and citizens.
She holds a university degree in Philosophies and Sciences of Communication and Knowledge and across the years she has developed specific skills on web communication, social media and events organisation at national and international level, as well as that branch of public communication constituted by the Protocol and institutional representation.

Biography
Givi Davitashvili has been the Director of the Civil Aviation Agency of Georgia since April 2023. In October 2022, he was appointed Acting Director of the Agency. From March 2019 to October 2022, he held the position of First Deputy Director and was in charge of the Flights Standards, Certification and Inspection, Aviation Security and Rulemaking Departments of the Agency.
Prior to joining the GCAA, Givi Davitashvili was the General Director of Georgian Airways for several years. Since 2004, he has worked in various managerial positions in the private aviation sector.
Givi Davitashvili graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 2003.
