Biography
Uwe Richter currently works as an excutive officer for aviation security in the Division Technology and Logistics, Operational Equipment and Supplies for the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community.
He has been working in civil avaition security since 2009 at the Federal Police Headquarters. Beside devoloping test procedures, he managed laboratory and operational testing of aviation security equipment for the Federal Police Technology Center, which is a national test center and the certification body for aviation security equipment in Germany as well as test center within the ECAC Common Evaluation Process.
Uwe is member of the ECAC CEP Management Group and representing Germany in European and international aviation security related meetings.

Biography
Andrei Mungiu works on the EU environmental policies since 2012 and is involved in aviation specific matters since 2017.
He is a member of the European Aviation and Environmental Group (EAEG) since its first meeting December 2017, and is now vice co-chair of the group. At UN-level, he serves as expert on ICAO's Working Group 4 for CORSIA, Fuels Task Group, Long-Term Aspirational Goal Task Group.
Previously, he worked in the climate change directorate-general of the European Commission, focusing on relationship with ICAO, the EU Emissions Trading Scheme and has extensive experience in the private sector in management of software products in Romania, China, US and Belgium.
He holds master degree from the Polytechnics University of Bucharest, Romania.

Biography
Mari Ruuhi is a law graduate and works as a senior executive advisor at the Security and Cyber Office in the Danish Civil Aviation Authority.
Mari has been working with aviation cyber security since 2019 and is responsible for implementing legislation and coordinating matters on aviation cyber security.
She is currently deputy moderator of ECAC’s Study Group on Cyber Security in Civil Aviation.

Biography
Dr. Urs Ziegler was born in Chur, Switzerland on 24 December 1960. After having completed his studies in natural sciences he worked in the field of environmental protection for a civil engineering company, as well as for more than 10 years for the Swiss Office for Environmental Protection. During this time he also acquired a masters degree in public administration. In early 2005 he joined the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation as Head of the Office’s Environmental Protection Unit. He is the actual Swiss member of ICAO’s Committee on Aviation and Environmental Protection CAEP which he currently chairs. He is also chairing ECAC’s Environmental Forum.
Urs Ziegler’s current affiliation is the Swiss Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications DETEC - Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA).
