Biography
Cécile Gajate is a graduate from Sciences Po Toulouse and the College of Europe with a double degree in political sciences and European studies. She first joined the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE) of the European Commission in 2021 in the Aviation Agreements unit. There she worked notably on the follow-up of the EU-US Air Transport Agreement and on the Toulouse declaration on future sustainability and decarbonisation of aviation. She then moved to the Secretariat-General to work on the conclusion of an Association Agreement between the European Union and Andorra, Monaco and San Marino. At the Directorate-General for Defence, Industry and Space, Cécile worked on Copernicus Administrative Arrangements with third countries. Back to DG MOVE, at the Aviation Policy unit, Cécile is now working on files related to the implementation of CORSIA in the EU.

Biography
Anelia Marinova completed her secondary education at 114 English Language School in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is fluent in English and Russian. A master of technical sciences, and an aeronautical engineer with a specialty in maintenance and operation of aircraft radio electronic equipment from the Civil Aviation Engineers Institute in Riga, Latvia. Ms Marinova has a postgraduate qualification in international law and foreign trade from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria, and project management (Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices) from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education, numerous professional trainings and certifications, including flight safety management systems and aviation quality auditing & route cause analysis.
Ms Marinova has over 30 years of professional experience in the aviation industry, with more than 20 of them in management positions in various airlines. She has held the positions of aeronautical engineer, dispatcher, commercial director, founder and manager of several airlines. The company she has led for the past three years is a licensed air operator and Community air carrier operating six Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft.

Biography
Üllar Salumäe has been Director of Aviation Division at the Estonian Transport Authority since 02.05 2023. Prior to this he was the member of the management board and ATCO in the Estonian Air Navigation Services (EANS 1995-2023). He graduated Estonian Aviation Academy as a manager of the air traffic services.

Biography
Andreas Kollbye Aks has been chief strategy officer at Widerøe since 2019. Aks joined Widerøe's Flyveselskap in 2016 as deputy operations director and led the company's restructuring from exclusively propeller operation to the phasing in of Embraer E2 jets in 2018. His previous experience includes a position as a strategy advisor at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) with experience from both civil and military aviation. Aks has education in finance, management and economics with a bachelor's degree from the Norwegian School of Management, BI, and Universitât Sankt Gallen. He also holds a master's degree from the University of Saint Andrews.
