Biography
Machteld Cambridge (Masters in international law University of Utrecht) is coordinating legal advisor at the Aviation section of the Legal Department of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Watermanagement.
Ms Cambridge has been working in the Dutch transport and infrastructure administration since 1987 in legal management, expertise and in coordinating positions. In the last 20 years she specifically has been dealing with legislative and advisory aspects of various national and international aviation matters.
She became representative for the Netherlands in the ECAC Legal Task Force in 2013 and has been deputy chair since 2019 until May 2022, when she was appointed as chair.
As coordinating legal advisor in international law, Ms. Machteld Cambridge has huge experience in complex legal matters, as well as taking part in international aviation fora on European Union, ECAC and ICAO level.

Biography
Since 2018, Robert Mauri is the representative to the Aviation Environmental Protection Committee (CAEP, ICAO) for France, and Assistant to the Deputy Director of Sustainable development for air transport in the Ministry of Transport, DGAC - France.
Mr Mauri has an extensive professional experience in the French public administration:
- Office of the Ministry of Transport (2017) - Deputy-Secretary-General for the organization of the "One planet summit" of December 2017;
- French Embassy in Spain (2014-2017) - Counsellor and Head of transport, energy and environment department;
- Ministry of Ecology and Transport (2012-2013) - Project Director for Normative Quality, Legal Affairs Department;
- Ministry of the Interior and Transport - Assistant to the Deputy Director of Interministerial Action, Department for road safety;
- Ministry of Ecology and Transport (2007-2009) - Southern Europe Mission Officer in the European and International Affairs Department;
- Ministry of Social Affairs (2004-2006) - Deputy Director, DDASS of the Maritime Alps;
- Ministry of Transport, DGAC (2000-2004) - Head of the economic affairs office, in charge of regional development of airlines and European slot regulations.
He graduated from the National School of Administration (1998-2000) and Sciences Po, Paris (1991-1993).
In ECAC, Mr Mauri is the EAEG's Vice Co-chair for ECAC.

Biography
Ronny has worked in the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority since December 2005 as a Chief Inspector. He has been working on all Security chapters and are currently assigned to develop the Danish ACC3 and EDD program.
Before working for the CAA-DK, Ronny worked at Copenhagen Airport for the handling company ServisAir as their Head of Security and were the security contact to all their handled airlines as well as the local emergency coordinator.
Ronny holds a PMC by ICAO and are also assisting EU on the EU inspections for the general and Cargo Chapters.
In 2013 Ronny were seconded to South Sudan as an advisor to the ministry with the EU AVSEC mission.

Biography
Born in Madrid in 1971, David Benito Astudillo holds a degree in aeronautical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is a career civil servant in the Aeronautical Engineering Corps.
He began his professional career as a consultant in the field of information technology and telecommunications, and later worked as an advisor on air transport regulation in the public company SENASA, until he joined the Aeronautical Engineering Corps in 2010. As a civil servant, he has held the positions of national civil aviation security auditor at the Spanish Aviation Safety and Security Agency (AESA), head of the international agreements area at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation and, since July 2015, deputy director general of air transport. In 2022, he was appointed director general of civil aviation and president of AESA.
He is currently a member of the Coordinating Committee of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) and focal point for facilitation, and in the past has been a member of the Air Transport Regulation Panel (ATRP) of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), vice-chair of the ECAC Economic Working Group, member of the AESA Governing Board and chairman of its Control Committee.
In recognition of his work, he was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Civil Merit in July 2019.
