Biography
Ivan Scekic was appointed as Acting Director of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro on 18 March 2024.
Mr Scekic has been covering the position of Air Navigation Safety Division Director in the Civil Aviation Agency since December 2018. He has actively participated in the work of different safety and ATM/ANS bodies at the national and EU level: National Airspace Management Committee, EASA Technical Body, ICAO European Region Aviation System Planning Group (EASPG), ICAO EUR Search and Rescue Task Force, Regional Search and Rescue Advisory Committee (RASARAC), amongst others.
Previously, as an air transport and traffic engineer, he was responsible for safety oversight of ATS/ASM/PANS-OPS from 2011 to 2018. He has wide experience in air navigation regulation and the oversight domain, including ANS personnel licensing, occurrence investigation, and cooperation with ICAO, EASA and EUROCONTROL.
Mr Scekic graduated in 2010 and holds an MSc in Air Transport and Traffic Engineering from the University of Belgrade.

Małgorzata Alberti currently works as Acting Head of Civil Aviation Security Inspectorate at Polish CAA responsible for both regulatory and oversight issues as well as international cooperation. She has been working in aviation since 2001. Starting with traffic rights continuing with air bilateral agreements and since 2013 in the area of aviation security. She has a legal background graduated from legal studies (Master of Arts/ Warsaw University). From the beginning of her professional carrier she was engaged with international cooperation issues.
She is Aviation Security National Auditor and a representative of Poland to EU Aviation Security Committee (EU DG MOVE). From 2015 she has also been an ECAC aviation security auditor and participated in a number of security audits across ECAC airports.

Anna Jankowska currently is employed as a Chief Specialist of Civil Aviation Security Inspectorate at Polish CAA responsible for both regulatory and oversight issues as well as international cooperation. She has 19 years’ experience in aviation. Starting with air traffic management continuing with flight crew training and licencing matters and since 2009 in the area of facilitation and aviation security. She has an aviation background graduated from aviation studies (Master of Arts/ The National Defence University of Warsaw). Anna holds PPL(A) licence and aviation is her life's passion.
She is Aviation Security National Auditor and Security National Instructor. From 2017 she has also been an ECAC aviation security auditor and participated in a number of security audits across ECAC airports.

Biography
Päivi Jämsä has worked in aviation since 2008. She has negotiated numerous air services agreements (ASAs) worldwide bilaterally as the chief negotiator, as well as other international aviation agreements. She also participates in EU negotiations.
She is active in national, EU, ECAC and ICAO aeropolitical affairs. In addition to being deputy chair of ECAC's Economic Working Group, she participates actively in ICAO's Air Transport Regulation Panel and represents Finland on economic matters in the ICAO Assembly.
Prior to concentrating on aeropolitical issues, she worked in various aviation fields including safety, security, airspace, licensing and registration within the current multimodal transport agency (CAA) and its predecessors.
Päivi graduated in 2008 from the University of Helsinki earning a Master of Laws, with her master’s thesis focusing on arbitration. She centred her studies on international law and languages: Finnish, Swedish, English, German, Japanese, French and Russian.
