Biography
Éric Plantaz is Regional Vice President at Inmarsat-Aviation and leads the aviation market development activities for Global Xpress and the European Aviation Network (EAN) for Europe, Russia, and Türkiye.
He joined Inmarsat in September 2017 having held many operational and functional responsibilities at Airbus for 25 years.
Éric is an aerospace engineer who graduated from ISAE-SUPAERO (1990), holds a Specialized Master from Centrale-Supelec (1991) and graduated from ECATA (European Consortium for Advanced Training in Aerospace) in 1998. He is auditor of the 61st National Session of the Institute of Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN).

Biography
Florian Guillermet took up his duties as executive director of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in April 2024. During his 26 years working in the aviation sector, Florian has held top-level management posts at aviation organisations in France and the European Union. In addition to extensive leadership experience, he has acquired profound knowledge of many aviation domains, particularly safety and air traffic management (ATM).
Florian moved to EASA directly from France’s DSNA, where he had served as director of Air Navigation Services since June 2021. He headed the 7000-person organisation with full accountability for the delivery of its services and the smooth running of its operations.
Prior to that, he was executive director at SESAR Joint Undertaking (SESAR-JU), leading the delivery of performance improvements in ATM safety, capacity, efficiency, and its environmental impact. He stepped up to this role in 2014, after two years as deputy executive director of the Joint Undertaking.
He held various positions at EUROCONTROL from 2003 to 2011, ranging from system developments to operational service delivery. His earlier work experience involved various aviation roles in France.
Florian studied engineering, including applied mathematics, computer science, and business administration at the École Polytechnique in Paris and he has a master’s in air transport management and aeronautics from the French National School for Aviation (ENAC). He also studied at the University of California (UCLA) in Los Angeles.

Biography
Dalton Philips is the Group Chief Executive with daa plc since October 2017 and is a member of the board of ACI EUROPE.
His career began with Jardine Matheson, with roles in New Zealand, Australia and Spain. He then spent seven years with Walmart in Brazil and Germany.
In 2005 Dalton joined the Weston family, as CEO of luxury goods retailer Brown Thomas Group (Ireland), and in 2007 as COO for Loblaw Companies Ltd, a leading Canadian grocery retailer.
Between 2010 and 2015 Dalton was CEO of Wm Morrison Plc, the UK's 4th largest supermarket chain. Morrisons has over 600 stores, employs approximately 120,000 people and serves 12.5 million customers every week.
Dalton has a BA from University College Dublin, an MBA from Harvard Business School and an honorary Doctorate of Management from Bradford University. Dalton is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and also holds a private pilot's licence.

Biography
As the Executive Secretary of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), Patricia Reverdy’s role is to promote the role of ECAC and to lead the activities of the organisation. She provides the ECAC President, the members of the Coordinating Committee and all ECAC Directors General with policy advice and strategic options on all issues within the ECAC Work Programme and on possible areas for new activity. She manages the implementation of the organisation’s work programme according to the allocated budget.
She fosters partnerships with other States, regions and organisations (e.g. ACAO, AFCAC, LACAC) and promotes ECAC’s views and initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of the organisation’s mandate and objectives. She also promotes awareness of ECAC’s work, through publications and representation of ECAC at international meetings.
Ms Reverdy has over 20 years of experience in civil aviation. She first joined ECAC in September 2001 as Aviation Security Audit and Assistance Officer before being appointed as Deputy Executive Secretary in 2008. She started her career in the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation in Berne.
