Biography
Gunnar Ljungberg has been civil aviation and maritime director at the Swedish Transport Agency since 2017. Working at the authority since 2002, he has extensive experience in several areas of aviation, and throughout his career at the authority has been responsible for different domains. Starting as a certification engineer for engine and power plants, he moved on to management positions in the airworthiness, infrastructure and flight operations field. Since 2014, he has also been engaged in maritime matters. Mr Ljungberg began his career as an aircraft technician, and before he joined the authority he worked in an airline airworthiness department as quality manager and as continuing airworthiness manager.

Biography
An aeronautical engineer by education, Erick spent 14 years of his career in the industry in the flight operations domain before joining EASA. He gained his operational experience from both a manufacturer perspective working for the Airbus Customer Services, and also from an airline perspective as he worked for US Airways in the United States.
After several years heading the Agency's international technical cooperation projects, Erick is currently the head of EASA's Safety Intelligence Department and is in charge of the Data4Safety programme, the European Big Data programme for aviation safety.

Biography
Michel Wachenheim is a graduate of the École Polytechnique in Paris and of the French National Civil Aviation School in Toulouse (ENAC). He was the director general of civil aviation in France from 2002 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, he was chief of staff of the Minister of Transports, then Ambassador representing France at ICAO. He chaired the 38th ICAO Assembly in 2013. Since 2014 he has been senior adviser to the president and CEO of Airbus, and chairman of the ASD Civil Aviation Business Unit. He was recently elected as president of Air and Space Academy, a European non-governmental organisation, and took up this new duty on 1 January 2021.

Biography
A lawyer by training, Eliška Mamdaniova worked in the field of competition policy for the European Commission, Directorate General for Competition for 13 years. She specialised in antitrust and State aid in the transport sector. Most recently, she managed cases in the aviation and rail sectors. This year, she joined the Legal Unit of Directorate General for Transport as a Team Leader for Aviation Policy.
