Videoconference, 11 April 2024 — The virtual meeting of ECAC unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) points of contact brought together experts to exchange insights based on their own national experiences.
The discussions focused on current challenges relating to managing and mitigating risks associated with misuse of UAS, impacting various aviation stakeholders and the wider public. Participants also shared examples of their efforts to promote UAS safety awareness, and reviewed regulatory updates, particularly focusing on how State authorities are applying national and European legislation.
