Paris, 31 March-1 April 2025 — At its third meeting, hosted by the French Directorate General for Civil Aviation, the ECAC Threat Response Group made progress in developing tools to better respond to evolving threats in civil aviation.
The group endorsed its change management procedure and agreed on the key elements of a risk assessment methodology tailored to the group’s specific focus on threat materials.
The group also reviewed a first draft of its threat and risk register and began a review of the threat materials list. These developments should allow a more structured, threat response mechanism in Europe.
