Bratislava, 14-16 November 2023 — Aviation security auditors from Hungary, Republic of Moldova, Serbia and Slovakia attended the Best Practices on Covert Testing course organised with the aim to enhance participants’ understanding of covert testing methodologies.
Through a series of classroom sessions and practical activities conducted at Bratislava Airport and the premises of a regulated agent, the attendees gained practical experience in conducting covert tests across different aviation security areas, following established protocols and employing recommended approaches.
The course also included a review of lessons learnt and best practices associated with developing test protocols, mitigating risks related to covert testing, and utilising various test items.
