Kigali, 10 June 2024 — ECAC President Alessio Quaranta represented ECAC at the third meeting of civil aviation regional organisations, held in Kigali, along with representatives of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC), the Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO), and new Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC) President, Ingrid Azucena Zelaya (DGCA Guatemala), who attended for the first time.
